Renee Innes

Owner / Massage Therapist / Women’s Health Coach

As a health professional I strive to meet the needs of my clients who are looking to achieve a healthier lifestyle.

After studying to become a Massage Therapist, I went back to school to earn my degree in exercise science and have spent years as a yoga instructor and birth doula.

I am here to support your wellness goals in a variety of ways. I have been focused on Women’s Health for the entirety of my practice and specialize in abdominal massage to help with menstruation, digestion, fertility and pregnancy loss and focus on pre and postnatal massage to ease the transition of motherhood. I do practice therapeutic massage and am not exclusive to women.

After having two children, I became a BirthFit instructor and emphasized the importance of physical health and community connection through the parenthood transition. Whether it be getting into a better fitness routine, creating healthy recipes, regulating your menstrual cycle, practicing meditation, or helping your body relax and heal through the powerful techniques of bodywork and reiki, I am here for YOU!

Deb Young, L.Ac.

Licensed Acupuncturist / Herbalist / Qigong Teacher

Hi! I’m Deb Young, a licensed Acupuncturist in New Hampshire and Florida. With over 40 years of study and experience in Eastern Medicine, Western Science, Spirituality and Mindfulness, I offer a comprehensive integrated approach to healing that addresses not only your physical health, but also your mental, emotional, and spiritual health.

I have a unique treatment style I call Geo-Tonic Acupuncture, where I combine the principles of traditional acupuncture, the powerful energy patterns of sacred geometry, the vibrational sound frequency of tuning forks, the crystal infrared energy of the BioMat, with guided relaxation and mindfulness. These transformational energy sessions provide an opportunity for deep healing as you restore and balance the body, mind, and spirit. In addition to Acupuncture sessions, I offer Chinese Herbal Medicine and Supplements, Functional Medicine testing, Wellness and Spiritual counseling, and teach self-healing energy practices of Qigong and meditation.

My intension is to be a partner in your healing journey, reconnecting YOU with your inner guidance, and restoring balance to all areas of your health and happiness – Body, Mind, and Spirit!

When you hire me as your Acupuncturist, you can absolutely expect:

  • I will provide a compassionate healing space where you are supported in your sessions.
  • I will listen to your history, expectations, and concerns with an open, attentive heart so you feel cared for and heard.
  • I will share my knowledge and insight so you can make confident choices about your health and healing, based on understanding how your thoughts, feelings, and physical symptoms are connected.

Let’s work together in creating Health, Happiness, and Higher Consciousness!

Savannah Brown

Full-Spectrum Birth Doula
& Reiki Master

Hello my name is Savannah Brown.

I am a Full-Spectrum Birth Doula and Reiki Master.

For the past 3 years it has been an honor to serve the families of the MWV, and hold space for them during their most important moments.

I have a mission to change the ways we act and think about birth,  approaching it with empowerment and honesty, so that woman can birth just as their body naturally knows how to.

My passion is to empower women to listen to and have trust in their bodies and intuition, throughout the childbirth continuum (from conception, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, including pregnancy loss support).

Kayla Looper

Licensed Massage Therapist

Kayla is an avid learner, outdoors appreciator, and long-distance trail runner.

She studied neuroscience at the University of New England, and post-graduation spent a year volunteering on organic farms. She then attended the New Hampshire Institute of Therapeutic Arts to become a licensed massage therapist.

Her current practice is focused on the inseparability of the brain and body– helping clients to heal & grow by easing the stress that exacerbates bodily pain, and by reinforcing and redirecting the mental map of the body’s position in space.

Kayla is excited to continue learning through her work & experience, and to help those she works with to connect with their body on a deeper level.

Jess Kowalski

Licensed Massage Therapist / Community Builder / Creative Bean

Hello, my name is Jess Kowalski.

I love massage therapy because touch in its simplest form has the power to deeply heal.

My massage therapy journey began after 10 years of experience working in the agricultural industry around the country. When COVID began I returned to NH and began strength training, seeing a therapist, and receiving massages regularly for the first time in my life. During this time period I was able to overcome chronic injuries and pain I’d experienced for years. I then took a 10-day silent Vipassana meditation course where I decided to shift my life path towards massage therapy with the goals of educating, increasing accessibility, and helping folks on their own journeys of healing within the complex world we live in. I am interested in the intersections between neuroscience, somatic healing, trauma informed touch, outdoor sports, and social systems.

Outside of massage therapy, I express my creativity by doodling and crafting jewelry out of retired climbing and biking gear. Additionally, I offer LGBT+ business consulting, host affinity spaces as a climbing guide for the International Mountain Climbing School, and I organize community building events. In my free time I enjoy swimming, biking, climbing, hiking, rafting, book clubs, laughing, dancing, being covered in dirt, playing with friends, and watching things grow. I may be found lurking around icicles, mountains, deserts, farms, puddles of water of all sizes, food, or art supplies. For more information, check out my website.

I’d love to work with you towards your goals, and to help you feel more attuned in your body!

Erin Paradis

Licensed Massage Therapist / Reiki Practitioner / Yoga Teacher / Health Coach

I started my education at the University of Maine receiving a degree in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism and a minor in Outdoor Education. There I guided many outdoor programs in whitewater canoeing, backpacking, winter mountaineering, and skiing.

I continued on to receive a master’s in Kinesiology. Learning about the human body inspired me to study yoga and meditation. I received my 200-hour yoga teacher certification in Falmouth, Maine.

After college, I headed down to Asheville, North Carolina and received a license in massage therapy massage and reiki 1 and 2. My most recent accomplishment has been receiving an integrative nutrition health coaching certification. I have always kept a constant connection with nature and became a Registered Maine Guide in the discipline of sea kayaking.

My current inspiration is creating retreats that bring people together in a holistic, communal way. During these retreats we use movement, breath, dance, cold and heat therapy, and intentional community conversation. I believe in inspiring people to achieve their wellness goals using many different modalities.
